The Republicans have put forward a list of conditions for further assistance to Ukraine and expect a victory strategy from Biden and Zelenskyy.

US Congressman Mike Garcia published a statement with a list of demands for the Biden administration, after which the Republicans will support the continuation of aid to Ukraine. Republicans are demanding that the US and Ukrainian presidents provide Congress with a victory strategy that will include the precise assessments, goals, and criteria for ending the war.

Garcia emphasized that Biden and the Pentagon should report on the war’s progress in Ukraine and justify further military support. Moreover, the White House should publish a list of weapons that have not yet been delivered to Ukraine, which can change the situation at the front. The US president must also explain what will happen if US aid ends.

Also, Garcia demands the implementation of full-scale sanctions against Russia by the US and NATO, which should include all types of oil, grain, and rare earth minerals. Crimea is a separate point. Republicans want the US to evaluate whether the chance of its return is real.
