Russia is preparing to transfer part of its military from Belarus to the Donbas.

Up to 10,500 Russian soldiers are stationed at training grounds in Belarus. Some of them will be sent to the Russian Federation in the next two weeks and from there to the Donbas. To replace them, part of the military from the 3rd Army Corps of the 6th Motorized Rifle Division will be reassigned, said the head of the State Border Service Serhiy Deineko. According to him, the development of offensive groups in Belarus has not been observed. The country’s territory is used for combat coordination of Russian troop units. However, the enemy cannot be underestimated, and the threat is there, but it cannot be called real and critical, Deineko stressed.
