Electronic waybills for freight transportation are being tested in Ukraine.

The Ministry of Territorial Development and Infrastructure, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, has started testing an electronic waybill system (e-TTN), Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Mustafa Nayem said. Providers of electronic document management are already testing electronic TTNs. The first company has agreed to try this tool. In the future, electronic waybills should replace paper documents and become mandatory for all transport participants – senders, receivers, and transportation companies. However, this will not happen before July 2023. The Ministry has launched a website, e-ttn.miu.gov.ua, dedicated to the e-TTN launch.
