During an official review of the tariffs on hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheets from Brazil, China, India, and Ukraine, introduced in 2001, officials refused to extend duties on 77% of goods from Ukraine. The court has found that continuing these duties is not probable to lead to dumping of these goods, and so is unlikely to result in losses,” the Canadian International Trade Terminal said in a statement on the Canadian government’s website. However, restrictive measures have been maintained for products from Brazil, China, and India. In 20 years, Ukrainian steel products will finally be able to be exported to Canada again,” said Ambassador of Ukraine Yulia Kovalev.
