The Russian military has a direct order to shoot civilians in Ukraine.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reports that based on the testimony of a captured Russian soldier, the Russian army has a direct order to shoot civilians in Ukraine. “The Russian army has a direct order to shoot civilians in Ukraine. The same carte blanche to shoot is given to all of the Russian militaries, who refuse to kill women and children. This is what one of the Russian invaders, shot by his own, says in the SBU video,” reported the SBU.
