Russian troops fire on hospitals.

 Russian troops are shelling hospitals, Health Minister Viktor Lyashko said on his Facebook page. “The Russian occupiers are shelling hospitals! This is a direct violation of the Geneva Convention by Russian troops! And this is a shameful and low act of the weak! Such actions of the occupiers pose a direct threat to the lives and health of civilians and violate international humanitarian law,” Lyashko said.
