Ukraine was named the best IT outsourcing destination in Eastern Europe.

The ranking of first among Eastern European countries in terms of attractiveness for IT outsourcing. The country was also named the №1 IT offshore destination in Eastern Europe, and the best in the world for hiring programmers. Competing against Croatia, Romania, Belarus, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland, Ukraine was able to deliver the most competitive cost of software development in the region. The cost of which averages between $30-60, in comparison with Poland at $ 45-69, said epravda.
