The balances of permits for international transportation from Poland will be distributed automatically through the “Way” system to eliminate the human factor, said the Ministry of Infrastructure. This procedure eliminates the human factor. The crisis of the shortage of permits for International Transport has been observed on yearly basis since 2016.
