Novator will soon start production of artificial lung ventilation devices using Swiss technology. “Tests have already been completed and received a positive assessment”, announced the Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, at a press conference in Kyiv. Kuleba was speaking with the Federal Adviser, VP, and Head of the Federal Department for Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation, Ignacio Cassis (Ukrinform).
