Ukraine will lead the EU strategy for the Danube region in 2022,

said the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kyleba. “I would like to emphasize that Ukraine will be the first country to coordinate the activities of 14 Danube basin countries and the implementation of EU strategic initiatives in the region. Ukraine will take part in shaping the regional policy of the European Union at the level of member states. The official handover ceremony from Slovakia to Ukraine is scheduled in Bratislava”, said Kyleba speaking to eurointegration.com
