Construction of a high-speed tram line to the center of Kyiv.

The Cabinet of Ministers approved a $39 million loan from the World Bank for the construction of a new tram line. It will extend the high-speed tram line to the city center and connect to the transport interchange of the red line of the metro, including the Vokzalna metro station, which currently serves as a major transit hub. Construction of a new line may begin next year, said Minister of Infrastructure, Olexander Kubrakov.
