Ukraine Government banks may be privatized? Some Ukrainians view privatization negatively. However, the privatization of Monobank is a success story. Other success stories include the privatization of prime real estate in the city of Kyiv which has been restored and upgraded. At the same time, we see many buildings owned by the state which are owned by state in a poor condition, making the capital look ugly. Why don’t we privatize assets that the government cannot maintain?
