New oligarch law has serious flaws.

The main goal of the law on oligarchs is to take away the media from private business, said economist Anders Aslund. “It looks like the main goal of this law is to remove the media from the so-called oligarchs. It looks very much like Putin’s action against Berezovsky and Gusinsky at the beginning of his rule,” the diplomat said on the air of the Ukraina24 TV channel.
