Poland is the latest country to provide Ukraine with vaccines

against Covid 19. Poland has just delivered 650,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine to Ukraine and other medical supplies to combat the pandemic. According to Poland’s president Andrzej Duda, its value amounted to €4 million. “Poland is that good and true friend who comes to help in a complicated situation”, he said. Last week, German Chancellor Angela Merkel announced that Germany was donating 1.5 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to Ukraine. Austria also announced last week that it is donating 500,000 doses of the same vaccine to Ukraine.
