Thanks to musical chairs at UZ, we regularly watch the spectacle of a new CEO washing the railroad’s dirty laundry in public. The routine is partly kicking dirt on the predecessor, partly lobbying for pet projects. Either way, we get insight into Eurasia’s fourth largest railroad – after China, Russia and India. In January, UZ is to get its fifth CEO of the Zelenskiy era. Undoubtedly, this new CEO portray all his or her predecessors as losers. With best regards, Jim Brooke
