Kyiv tripled rates yesterday for street parking in the city center

, the City Administration reports. Hourly rates now are UAH 35 ($1.28) in the center, and UAH 25 (91 cents) in areas adjacent to the city center. For non-payment, the fine now is $25 in the city center and $18 in adjacent areas.
