Together with the Ministry of Energy, the State Agency for Energy Efficiency has developed a questionnaire for the Energy Community, which will determine the necessary legislative changes to implement the fourth energy package, Clean Energy for Europeans. On November 30, 2021, the Council of Ministers of the Energy Community undertook to implement the fourth EU energy package. Its goal is to gradually transition to clean energy and a low-carbon economy. The Clean Energy for Europe package covers EU legislation on energy efficiency, renewable energy, governance, electricity market design, and the security of the electricity supply. Work is also underway to update primary legislation to introduce guarantees of origin for all types of green energy, says the agency.
