The Minister of Digital Transformation, Mikhail Fedorov, met with Google’s team in Washington earlier this year to discuss the inclusion of Ukraine in the YouTube Shorts program. The launch of the Shorts Fund means that starting in December, Ukrainian content makers will be able to receive funding for short videos that will become popular on the social network.
