Venture capital investment fund ” UFuture Venture ” owned by Vasyl Khmelnytsky and the High-Tech Park investment fund owned by Igor Kryvetsky registered shares with the National Securities Commission for UAH 492.5 M ($17M). “I am glad that the business is working with stock market instruments. Significantly, joint investments will finance the construction of a new IT hub in Western Ukraine using such financial tools. This is about modern solutions of the civilized world,” said a member of the National Securities Commission, Yuriy Boyko.
