Ukraine took part in the SelectUSA investment summit for the first time in history. Among the event’s guests are high-ranking officials of the White House, US governors, and representatives of more than 1,500 companies from more than 80 global markets.
Ukrainian startups saw interest from American partners and delegations from India, Taiwan, Japan, and Israel. As a result of the summit, investment agreements worth more than $500M are expected to be concluded.
“We hope that Ukrainian startups will also be included in this list, and participation in SelectUSA will bring additional investments to our country,” said Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Oleksandr Bornyakov.
Among the projects presented by Ukraine is a solution for the 3D printing of human bones, a cyber security platform, a startup that studies audience reaction to films and videos using artificial intelligence, and others.
