Ukrainian Railways (UZ) will spend UAH 300M for consultations on the modernization of passenger traffic.

According to Prozorro, UZ Passenger announced a tender on March 14 to purchase consulting services to facilitate the modernization of the vertical of passenger traffic. The starting purchase price is UAH 304.5M ($10.5M). It is noted that the period of consulting services for this contract runs through December 31, 2023. Previously, Ukrainian Railways and Deutsche Bahn Engineering & Consulting had signed a consulting agreement in the passenger transport field. However, given successful cooperation in 2022, the Germans would take over the management of this transport.
