Over the past year, 46% of IT company employees had their salaries revised, and another 15% reported reduced benefits. The DOU study notes that companies cut the most payments after the start of the full-scale invasion: bonuses cut (9%), salaries, and other cash payments (5% each). Software solution providers cut wages and bonuses more often (17%) than outsourcing and out-staffing companies and startups (13-14%).
Large companies (with at least 200 employees) tried not to reduce salaries. Only 3-5% of specialists from big firms noted that their company cut salaries, compared to 8% of employees from smaller companies. Bonuses are often reduced by companies with 10-50 employees (11%).
In total, 39% of specialists had a planned salary revision during the last year. At the same time, 11% received a raise due to a title change, and 43% of respondents did not have a salary increase in the last year.
