President Zelenskyy and the Prime Minister of Sweden, Ulf Kristersson, signed a bilateral statement of intent on enhanced and mutually beneficial cooperation regarding the production of the CV-90 IFV.

In addition, according to the chairman of the board of Rheinmetall AG, Armin Papperger, the German defense concern will begin repairing the Leopard tanks that were delivered to the Ukrainian Armed Forces in August. He clarified that the first 12 Ukrainian repair technicians are undergoing training in Germany, and another 12 will will be trained later. Papperger also emphasized that Rheinmetall would like to start producing tanks in Ukraine according to NATO standards as soon as possible.
