The SPFU is selling a distillery in the Ternopil region for ₴162M and preparing new lots for investors.

The State Property Fund (SPFU) has announced the second auction for the sale of a single property complex belonging to the Zarubynskyi Distillery state enterprise in the Ternopil region with a starting price for the facility of ₴162.18M ($3.8M). The plant specializes in producing alcoholic beverages and other organic chemical substances, including those used as fuel or fuel components (bioethanol).

In the first quarter, the SPFU successfully conducted 130 privatization auctions for small facilities, which is 13.8% more than in the same period in 2024. The total amount of winning bids in these auctions totals ₴404.9M.

In the second quarter, the SPFU plans to offer 168 small facilities for privatization at ₴749.1M($18M) through online auctions. Additionally, two large privatization objects will be auctioned off – Sumykhimprom and the UkrBud construction company.

From April 28 to May 2, the State Property Fund plans to hold 24 privatization auctions. Among the lots are the Kharkiv Research and Design Institute of Land Management in Kharkiv, a sports complex building in the Kirovohrad region, and a radio transmitting station with property in the Zhytomyr region.
