Construction of the OKKO Group’s first hotel complex has begun at the GORO Mountain Resort. The first complex consists of three hotels with 415 rooms. The total area is 48,000 square meters, of which 11,000 square meters are allocated for commercial and entertainment infrastructure. In total, GORO’s first phase will include five hotel complexes, combining nine hotels with over 1,100 rooms with recreational infrastructure.
The first phase of the GORO Mountain resort, with a total area of 127 hectares, started near the village of Volosyanka, located five kilometers from the village of Slavske, Lviv region. In addition to the five hotel complexes, there is infrastructure for winter recreation, including 10 ski slopes stretching 13 kilometers with 50 hectares of snow cover.
The first three-hotel complex is scheduled to be completed in mid-2028. The first phase of GORO construction is scheduled for completion in 2028-2029. Its budget is about $100M, of which $30M is for the snowmaking system.
