The Ministry of Economy plans to increase funding for the investment nanny projects in 2025, providing funds to dozens of new projects, said Deputy Minister of Economy Andriy Telyupa. Answering a question about the first projects under the investment nanny program, the Astarta agricultural holding and the Bukovel recreational complex, Telyupa emphasized that these projects are an example of effective cooperation between the state and the business community.

“Almost all of our programs are aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses, which is logical – big business is more efficient and has more of its own investment opportunities. But the state is also ready to support large projects with €12M or more invested,” Telyupa explained.

According to him, in total, ₴40B ($950M) was allocated to support business under the programs from the Ministry of Economy in 2024, which is one of the only development expenditures in the budget with a high multiplier effect.
