Terwin Corporation's retail chains aim to surpass $2B in annual sales this year.

The combined revenue of EVA and Varus, which are part of Terwin, may exceed $2B (over ₴83B), according to the company’s president Ruslan Shostak. Last year, the company’s total revenue was ₴47B ($1.15B). The company projects EVA will generate ₴45-47B with a profit margin of 7-8%, while Varus expects to reach ₴40B ($950M) in revenue with a 2-3% profit.

EVA plans to expand not only in the offline retail sector but also as an online platform targeting international markets. As for Varus, the owner believes there’s still growth potential within Ukraine: Currently, small entrepreneurs and food market traders hold 35-40% of food retail, while major chains like ATB, Silpo, and Novus control less than 70%. It’s forecasted that in the next decade small players’ share will shrink to 5-7%, with large operators covering over 90% of the market.

Recently, a Varus supermarket opened in Dnipro in a two-story building that previously was a cinema.
