The Ukrainian leadership will have a system for introducing emergency network restrictions in the event of a cyber threat. In the coming months, government officials may have a “red button” that authorizes certain network restrictions for government agencies in the event of critical cyber threats. The development of the system has already been completed; it remains to wait for legislative changes.
