Ukraine has increased the production of weapons and wants its partners to buy them from domestic manufacturers.

Zelenskyy sums up the results of the Kursk operation and confirms the continuation of the offensive foreseen by the Victory Plan.

The Kursk operation is part of Ukraine’s Victory Plan, demonstrating that the Ukrainian military can go on the offensive. In addition, it has already shown “some results,” said President Zelenskyy.

“It slowed down the Russians and forced them to transfer part of their forces to Kursk, about 40,000 soldiers. Our fighters in the east are already saying that they are less often beaten,” the Ukrainian leader said.

He added that Putin’s claims that everything was under control were false, and the operation showed Russians a “very important truth” – Putin did not run to defend his land.

“He wants to finish off Ukraine. His people are not his priority,” Zelenskyy pointed out.

Ukraine has controlled part of the Kursk region for over a month and continues providing local people with water and food. Perhaps because of this, the population has not left despite open humanitarian corridors.

The Times claims that to win, Ukraine needs to continue its offensive in the Kursk region so it will have territories to exchange with Russia.
