Zelenskyy at the Ukraine-South East Europe summit: We can move the situation toward peace and long-term stability.

The Foundations of Peace document, which will contain detailed conditions for a just end to the war, will be ready by November, President Zelenskyy said at the Ukraine–South East Europe summit. According to him, Russia avoids honest diplomacy, so Ukraine has developed an action plan to bridge the gap between the current situation and the successful holding of the Peace Summit.

“For us, this is a Victory Plan. For each of your countries, this is a plan for reliable stability. When the plan is fully implemented, Russia will lose its ability to threaten Europe,” the President noted.

“In October, November, and December, we have a real chance to move the situation towards peace and long-term stability. The situation on the battlefield creates an opportunity to make this choice – a choice in favor of decisive actions to end the war no later than 2025,” Zelenskyy stressed.

He added that peace will not be possible without taking tangible steps toward it, which are an invitation and future membership for Ukraine in NATO.
