Women TechEU is an EU-funded project supporting women leading deep technology startups. As part of the project, a total of 160 startups will receive a grant of up to €75,000 each, as well as an individual business development program.
The program is aimed at high-tech startups in the early stages of development. Priority areas include medical and biological sciences, IT, food technologies, aerospace industry, energy and green technologies, industrial technologies, and AI.
Ukrainian businesses are also invited to participate in the competition to deploy infrastructure to supply alternative fuel types, which will contribute to the decarbonization of transport along the trans-European TEN-T network.
In addition to supporting high-capacity electric charging stations and hydrogen refueling stations, new funding opportunities will be available: support for megawatt recharging stations for heavy-duty vehicles, the supply of electricity and hydrogen at airports, the electricity supply, and for the bunkering of ammonia and methanol in ports. €1M in funding is available through this competition.
