Veteran bankers from Citibank, ING, EBRD and BNP Group are among the foreigners appointed to supervisory boards of three state-owned banks – Oschadbank, Ukreximbank and PrivatBank. Steven Fisher, formerly Citi’s Ukraine director, and Dominique Menu, formerly of BNP, have been named for Ukreximbank.
