In 2021, more than half a million cars with mileage were registered in Ukraine. Last year was a record year for the number of used car registrations. Therefore, just in December 2021, about 47.3 thousand imported cars with mileage were registered in Ukraine which is 18% more than the year earlier. In December, the number of second-hand imported vehicles registered was four and a half times higher than the number of new cars registered, at about 10,500. According to ukrautoprom, in 2021, the Ukrainian fleet was replenished with 517,400 cars with mileage – that is, 46% more than in the previous year and an absolute record for the country.
Ukrainians imported 500,000 used cars.
Ukrainians have brought 80,000 free customs-cleared cars from the EU.
