The country is preparing to extend the right to work for Ukrainians from 6 to 24 months, reported euroinegration.com. Now the declaration of work assignment to a foreigner (so-called simplified regime for citizens of Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, and Moldova), submitted by the employer, gives grounds for employment in Poland for six months a year, and obtaining the next “certification” requires at least half-year break.
Ukrainians can work in Poland for up to 2 years without a permit.
