67% of Ukrainians believe that Russia is exhausting its resources, and it is realistic for Ukraine to win, together with its partners, in the not-too-distant future, according to a survey by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology. At the same time, 22% of respondents believe in Russia’s considerable resource reserves and a long, exhausting confrontation with an uncertain end. 11% could not decide on this issue. According to the latest data, as of February 2023 only 9% of Ukrainians are ready for territorial concessions in exchange for peace, and 87% oppose such a scenario. At the same time, even among those who believe that the Russian Federation has enough resources for a long war, 75% are against territorial concessions.
