Ukrainian-Moldovian relations strengthened.

Both the President and Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal took part in Moldova’s celebrations of the 30th anniversary of its independence in Chisinau on August 27 and held bilateral talks on enhancing relations. One of the outcomes was an agreement to amend their Free Trade Agreement to stipulate that pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin will be applied in their trade arrangements.
