Ukrainian IT companies relocation trend.

Since the beginning of the war, more than 50% of Ukrainian IT companies have not relocated and instead switched to remote work, according to an IT Ukraine study. Among the IT companies that did move, relocation within Ukraine was the most common, at 45%. 42% of companies partially moved abroad, of these only 5% closed a portion of their offices in Ukraine. None of the surveyed IT companies went abroad completely. It is noted that IT companies consider relocation mainly as a necessary step required by the war. None of the surveyed IT companies will close down their business in Ukraine completely. The majority (63%) of IT companies do not plan a partial or full relocation by the end of the year, and only 14% are considering a partial or full relocation abroad. After the war, 80% of companies plan to return to Ukraine, and only 7% do not intend to return from abroad.
