According to the deputy head of intelligence, Vadym Skibitskyi, Russian troops are unable to simultaneously attack in several directions. “And the general bravado of the enemy’s army is more based on misinformation and overestimation of one’s capabilities”, he noted.
“Military intelligence knows the Russian troops’ disposition, what reserves they have, and we know their plans. And the General Staff plans all operations to deter the enemy and prepare the necessary conditions for our further actions”, Skibitskyi added.
At the same time, the Russian forces are also conducting surveillance and attempting to identify weaknesses in the Ukraine Armed Forces’ defenses. In addition, there are identified locations where the enemy is fortifying its defenses: the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, and Crimea.
