Ukraine’s allies are helping to fundamentally change the situation at the front; another aid package is received.

After the Western partners provided military aid packages to Ukraine, a large amount of weapons and military equipment appeared in the ranks of the Armed Forces, which has radically changed the situation at the front in favor of Ukraine, believes Serhiy Naev, commander of the Pivnich (North) operational-strategic group.

On October 20, the German government announced another batch of aid, including three Gepard anti-aircraft self-propelled guns, 20 RQ-35 Heidrun and Vector reconnaissance drones each, and about 3,900 155-mm DM125 shells.

Croatia handed over Mi-8 helicopters to Kyiv as part of a military aid package.

France is to triple the rate of ammunition deliveries from 1,000 per month in January 2023 to 3,000 in January 2024. Similar efforts have been made for the provision of anti-aircraft ammunition and Caesar mobile artillery units.

Meanwhile, according to the Pentagon, China is supplying Russia with drones, equipment, and small arms. From March 2022 to 2023, Chinese companies exported over $12M in drones and their components to Russia.
