During the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2023 in London, the Ministry of Recovery will present 45 projects with international structures, as well as a plan for the unification of procedures, digitization of processes and greater involvement of private business in recovery processes, the head of the ministry, Oleksandr Kubrakov, said.
According to him, the critical recovery is focused on three sectors: energy, housing, and export logistics. At the same time, he added, it is critically important to strengthen the anti-corruption architecture in Ukraine. Also, his department, together with the Ministry of Economy, is working on changes to the law on public procurement to harmonize it with the procurement rules of the World Bank and allow easier implementation of export-finance projects.
