National Defense Hackathon 2022 will be held in Ukraine on October 20-21. According to the government’s press service, Ukrainian specialists, together with representatives from partner countries, will work on innovative solutions that will help the Armed Forces of Ukraine gain a technological advantage over the enemy. NATO cyber experts, as well as specialists from friendly countries including Poland, Great Britain, the US, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and other EU countries, have been invited to the hackathon. For two days, participants will work on three types of tasks: technological, organizational, and legal, as well as countering information and psychological operations (PSYOPS). In particular, they will develop solutions for the development of the military-tech industry, which will strengthen the state’s cyber defense.
