Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal stated at the Yalta European Strategy conference that the goal of the Ukrainian government is to become a full-fledged part of the European Union in a maximum of two years, the government’s press service reported. “We will move at a very fast pace. We analyzed how other countries have gone through this path. It took five, seven, and eight years. We have the ambition to complete all the tasks in a maximum of two years and become a full-fledged part of the EU,” Shmyhal said. He also emphasized that Ukraine has defended its ideological choice and will continue to move toward the West. According to Shmyhal, Ukraine has already strategically won the war with the Russian Federation.
