Ukraine plans to accelerate investments in new processing enterprises.

 The government has approved a draft law that simplifies permitting procedures for acquiring the right to land and starting construction for economic recovery projects, the Ministry of Economy reported. During martial law and reconstruction, entrepreneurs implementing projects from the “List of economic recovery projects” will receive the most favorable conditions for investment. In particular:

1. the terms of acquiring rights to a land plot are shortened from 18 to 3 months;
2. the right to a land plot will be acquired without an auction, without land management documentation, and with guarantees of non-alienation;
3. it will be possible to establish and change the land’s purpose without observing the rules regarding the relationship between the type of purpose and the functional purpose of the territory;
4. also, the design of the construction object can take place without observing urban planning conditions and restrictions, provided that it complies with building regulations.
