which has a budget of almost € 100 bln. Denis Shmygal announced this week that the draft of a presidential decree authorizing the Minister of Education and Science to sign an agreement on Ukraine’s accession to Horizon Europe was approved. For Ukraine, this opens new horizons for cooperation with EU countries in all scientific fields, as well as provides additional financial opportunities for our research institutions. In addition, the order provides access to the “Euratom” program on research and training in the field of nuclear energy, the Prime Minister said.
