Sygnivka will become the first municipal industrial park of Lviv and one of the city’s most powerful industrial projects, the Ministry of Economy reported.
According to the concept, enterprises from the light and food industries, mechanical engineering, and printing will work in the park, which has an area of more than 30 hectares. The park will also specialize in producing furniture, medical products, packaging, and construction materials. It is reported that a community center with a science and technology center and a business incubator for start-up projects will operate within the park.
It is expected that investment in the construction of the park, attracted by the management company, will total more than ₴5 billion.
