Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Vasyl Zvarych believes that the problem with exporting Ukrainian grain to Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Romania should not be resolved by bans but by bilateral cooperation. Zvarych added that this issue should be resolved within the EU framework since the trade relations of the EU countries are the prerogative of Brussels.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal held productive negotiations with the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, regarding the export of Ukrainian agricultural products. “We agreed on simplifying procedures and developing new checkpoints and logistics routes,” he clarified.

The US also promised to promote the exportation of Ukrainian agricultural products to global markets.
