On August 3, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the Morozovsk airfield in the Rostov region and hit warehouses full of ammunition, several air defense systems, and aviation equipment.

In addition, Ukrainian forces attacked several oil depots and fuel and lubricant storage facilities in the Belgorod, Kursk, and Rostov regions. Also, Ukrainian intelligence drones hit a fuel warehouse on the territory of the Atlas plant in the Rostov region. According to the source, the warehouse supplied fuel to the Russian military in the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The attack was carried out by 15 Obsidian drones from the Nayan project. The Gubkinska oil depot in the Belgorod region was partially damaged.

In addition, Ukraine’s military struck a Kalibr missile carrier, the Russian submarine Rostov-na-Donu, and an S-400 anti-aircraft missile system in the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula. The submarine was built in 2014 at a cost of $300M. The submarine was previously heavily damaged in a Ukrainian attack on 13 September 2023.
