In the first 11 months of the year, Ukraine reduced the export of coke and semi-coke in natural terms by 98% compared to the same period last year, to 3,860 tons, according to the State Customs Service. In monetary terms, the export of these products fell by 97.6% to $1.01M. Due to the war, several mines and coking plants ended up in territories temporarily under the control of occupiers. In addition, Ukrainian mining enterprises  reduced the volume of exports of iron ore raw materials by 42.9% in January-November compared to the same period last year, to 23.22 million tons. According to customs data, the foreign exchange earnings from the export of iron fell by 57.1% to $2.84B. The reduction in exports also affected the scrap of ferrous metals, falling to less than 7.4% of previous levels by to 41,980 tons. In monetary terms, scrap exports decreased to $15.85M.
