According to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, the Western allies have delivered 1,550 armored vehicles, 230 tanks, and other equipment, including a massive amount of ammunition. In total, the Western partners have trained and equipped nine Ukrainian armored brigades.

Similar statistics were voiced by the Commander-in-Chief of NATO’s Joint Forces in Europe, General Christopher Cavoli, during a committee meeting in the House of Representatives of the US Congress on Armed Forces hearings. According to him, Ukraine will receive the promised equipment in time for a counteroffensive.

“I firmly believe that we have delivered the necessary equipment and will continue to deliver equipment to support their activities. Over the winter, our coalition enabled the Armed Forces to generate the capabilities necessary to defend and retake parts of Ukraine’s sovereign territory,” Cavoli added.
