Wheat and its mixture with rye were excluded from the list of goods whose export is subject to licensing, announced a representative of the Ukrainian Parliament. In addition, oats and mineral or chemical nitrogen fertilizers have been excluded from the quota volumes of goods whose export is subject to licensing. Instead, these items were included in the list of goods whose export is subject to licensing. Last month, Ukraine expanded the list of goods whose export permit will be issued by the Ministry of Economy: wheat, corn, poultry, chicken eggs, and sunflower oil were included in the list of licensed exports. In March, corn and oil were excluded from this list, but wheat remained, despite the requests of market participants.
